Frequently asked questions and how to reach us.
On the home screen, choose Record live to use your camera or Analyze a video to select a squat video from your library. After the set, the app shows estimated repetitions and movement feedback.
Try a steady camera, good lighting, and a view that keeps your body visible throughout the set. Obstructions, unusual camera angles, or footage where your joints are hard to see can affect the estimates. If a problem persists, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Only send a workout video if you choose to share it.
Workout analysis runs on your device. Saved workout results and retained set videos are stored in the app's local data; the app does not upload them to us or to RevenueCat. A video selected from your Photos library remains there according to your Photos settings. Local app data may be included in device backups. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchase-related information separately; see our Privacy Policy.
There is no dedicated export feature at this time. Your saved history is local to the app, and older saved workouts and videos may be removed when the app's history limit is reached. Keep device backups if you want a possible way to recover local app data, but backup availability and restoration depend on your Apple settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local data from the device; copies in backups or Photos may remain.
On your iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions, choose the Squatwise subscription if it appears, then tap Cancel Subscription. Apple handles App Store subscription billing. For more help, see Apple's cancellation instructions.
Sign in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase, then use Restore Purchases on the app's subscription screen if that option is shown. If your access is still missing, contact us. See Apple's purchase-restoration guidance for more steps.
